This is my first be quiet! power supply (700W version). I have installed it in my mid-range PC (MSI MAG B560 Tomahawk, Intel Core i5-11400, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB, WD HDD 3.5", Crucial SDD 2.5", Asus BluRay Drive 5.25").
The power supply comes in a simple box, wrapped in bubble wrap bag without unfortunately any pouch even though it is a B-tier category intended for mid-range and high-end builds. It comes with 7 internal cables (5 of which are detachable) and a classic AC power cable 1.4m long. The internal cables are all short, which means they are not suitable for most full towers.
The overall construction of the PSU unit is of high quality, heavy (1729g), flawless and has 2 non-detachable sleeved cables: 1 for motherboard (20+4pin) 550mm and 1 for CPU (4+4pin) 600mm. The power supply operates flawlessly, I did not notice any restarts or overheating.
The noise of the very good fan is minimal at low and medium loads (up to 560W) at higher loads above 665W, which is prohibited for use, the intensity exceeds 30db. Even when I tested it in demanding rendering, the sound was low and I had to bring my ear close to the back of the case to hear it.
It was tested and passed the compatibility test with APC line-interactive UPS. I will come back with an update on its performance at high loads as soon as I add a graphics card to my system. In this video, I have included measurements of cable/PSU dimensions, fan noise samples, output voltages, and many other tests of the be quiet! 700W power supply: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dH5lX180K14
