I bought it for walking, around 8-10 km per day.
Tragic shoe. I fell into the trap of all these new technologies in the sole and finally, for the first time in my life, the shoe hits me on the instep, that is, on the upper part of the foot.
It has an inexplicably thick seam at the point where the tongue is sewn internally, causing discomfort to the point of pain!! To understand the thickness of the seam, it is like a straw for frappé.
Taking out the insole (which was one of the reasons I bought it) slightly fixes the problem but it is not possible to wear the shoe without an insole, meaning to step directly on the sole.
It is a bad design, it needed 1.5 - 2 centimeters of height at that point and therefore it is a bad product.
Because it has never happened to me before, I wore it and walked with pain, around 30-40 kilometers, hoping that the foam insole would settle or open up a bit, but obviously these things have no effect on the instep. Unfortunately, I can no longer return it.
Get something else unless you have Cinderella's foot.
