The charcoal grill from Jamestown, has a cooking area of 58x36.5 centimeters where you can grill approximately 5 steaks simultaneously. It is designed with a lid and by closing it you can achieve baking similar to that of an oven. With this technique, we usually bake large pieces of meat that require a long time to tenderize and at a low temperature to avoid burning. Additionally, it is equipped with wheels for easy movement and a side shelf so that you have all the necessary tools and materials next to you. It has a smoker where you can place special smoking chips (not included in the package) to give your grilled food a smoky flavor.
