  Coming from a Samsung s8 (F35), I made the transition to s20fe a few days ago. The phone is honest for its price, maybe even more than honest... Meaning, its processor will never betray you. Its camera is decent. Its screen is Samsung (you understand what I mean)... Its battery, for normal use, is excellent! Its storage space is sufficient + sd... So, concluding based on the previous points, because these are what interest the average citizen, the device is VFM!

  Owner for a year now, coming from S9. So well-versed in perfect photos and videos, fast processor, and user-friendly. It has everything and didn't cost as much as the S9. It's great for everyday use on social media, capturing moments that never sit still, multiple simultaneous functions without any lag, and particularly durable with numerous falls (still has the factory glass) - I have it in a wallet case and every time it has fallen, it happened with the case open and the screen facing downwards, yet it still lives and reigns. Very satisfied, Samsung still produces good phones. I don't use it for gaming, but in everything else, I consider it top-notch without being too expensive. The camera's photos and related functions are exceptional. I disabled many pre-installed apps like cloud and some from Google to avoid unnecessary updates and background functions. Overall, very, very good even though it's "old".

  Owner since Saturday. Very good photos. Very fast. Very good fingerprint if you place your finger correctly in the unlock position, it unlocks immediately. Sometimes it doesn't unlock because you don't always hit the right position on the first try. Face unlock works even in complete darkness. I have charged it once and now, as I am writing, it still has 33% battery. 1 day and 20 hours of usage with 6 hours and 23 minutes of screen-on time. It shows good battery performance in standby and during usage. Of course, I had a few hours of flight mode. Around 7, if I remember correctly. The temperature shows normal. Although I went to the beach, I didn't use it much, only for a few photos. It reached up to 39 degrees Celsius without feeling hot in the hand. The speaker is very good. Slightly better than the S9 Plus. Much faster than the S9 Plus. Definitely a step up. Not that the S9 Plus is slow. The screen is very nice, I use it at 60 GHz. It is slightly thinner than the S9 Plus. The screen is brighter than the S9. It is logical to assume that the S9 may have lost its initial brightness as it is 4 years old. I believe it is worth up to 400 for a 2-year-old model

  In the 6 months, it presented a problem with the charging port suddenly overnight. The screen and frame became crooked without any damage. I suppose it's due to the temperature from gaming(?). Of course, they excluded it from warranty at the service due to distortion (misuse...good luck figuring it out).

  In summary, for a phone that was sold for 700 euros, my feedback after 1 year of use is:

  The snapdragon is fast and great.
  High temperature. We know that new CPUs operate at slightly higher but stable temperatures, not like this though.
  Consequently, the unacceptable battery consumption and management. Especially after upgrading to Android 12, it's tragic. You leave the phone idle and it drops 1% every fifteen minutes. Even with a factory reset as the manufacturer suggests and with a new battery, Android 12 proves to be disastrous.
  Don't even think about opening 5G.

  To make the phone last a day, it has to be in power-saving mode.
  Photos, nothing special for a 700 euro phone. Videos are the same. Compared to the LG V40 and V30 that I had, the photos are much worse.
  Signal reception? Low.
  In the same spot, changing the SIM to another device adds +1 bar.

  As for the positives, the x30 zoom and fast charging are good.
  Is it worth the money? Definitely NOT.
  I have a Poco NFC as a second phone, which is great in everything and worth one-third of the money.
  Samsung is an overrated brand with the term "value for money" not existing.
  Luckily, I got it on sale during the summer sales, with a contract subsidy and a -24% VAT invoice, for 340 euros...otherwise, I would still be crying over the 700.

  Mainly I associate it with keyboard, mouse, and television for internet, light games (such as beat them up), downloading files, movies, and occasional use of the PRO camera and PRO video camera.

  In the device, you will find a charger and cable to charge the battery from 0-100% with Regular Charging: 2 hours and 12 minutes or Fast Charging: 1 hour and 30 minutes (which may affect the future health of the battery).

  Battery life:
  Charged to 100% and after 6 hours of not using it, it had already lost 1%.

  I am quite satisfied with the device.
  Coming from a much cheaper Xiaomi Note7, I have seen upgrades in: resolution and image scrolling, battery life, which with frequent use in calls and social media apps like Viber and YouTube, but not gaming, waking up at 6 in the morning I end up going to sleep around 10 at night with about 50%! Keep in mind, of course, that the automatic brightness setting is enabled.
  The build quality is excellent.
  The sound quality is extremely high and stereo, but the volume could use a click or two higher in a noisy environment. (A Xiaomi colleague clearly has more volume in simultaneous comparison (In terms of quality, let it go)
  The touch of the screen is clear and immediate, but the fingerprint on the screen is very slow and usually fails.
  Unlike my 4-year-old Xiaomi device, my new device does not have a Greek Google keyboard, which deprives me of the ability to use voice typing.
  I don't know if it's possible to download it and I don't have time to look into it, but the first thing my phone told me when I tried to do voice typing was that the device unfortunately does not yet have voice typing in Greek!
  The comparison always with the previous Xiaomi device does not allow me to say that my new phone clearly excels in all areas despite the very large price difference.
  However, it is clearly a device of top-notch build quality with excellent screen, camera, and sound, at least in terms of quality.
  I would highly recommend it.

  Coming from Xiaomi Note 8 and Huawei Psmart, I wanted to try Samsung as well, since this particular one had good reviews and it was recommended to me by friends who own it.
  In my opinion, it has better photo quality and a slightly better user experience on a decent budget.
  It could have a slightly better battery for its price.
  Beautiful screen and user interface, speaker, and device construction.
  In general, the differences between Samsung, Xiaomi, and Huawei are evident.
  Its fingerprint on the screen could be faster, but from what I've seen, Samsung generally has issues with their fingerprints.
  I consider it a very good phone, but the battery is my only complaint.
  For its price, it could last longer.

  In general, a pretty good phone but the battery is a big problem after upgrading to android 12 one ui 4, just like what happened with my previous phone, the S10e, where the battery seemed to "disintegrate" from there onwards... In consecutive communications I had with Samsung, they told me that running a diagnostic check showed that the battery appears to be in good condition... It should be noted that I have been using the phone for about a month initially before the software upgrade and I did not notice such a significant drop in battery life... From there onwards, everything started and the usage I have is purely that of an average user with social media, messages, and phone calls... It is unacceptable for the battery to drain with such usage on a mobile phone worth almost 500 euros... unacceptable! (Purchased from Samsung's official online site)

  Coming from the S7 edge, I wanted something relatively economical that would at least do what the old one did.
  Upgrades to Android version for 2-3 years, good camera, OLED screen 120Hz, fast wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging with around 2 days of battery life with my usage.
  This particular one also had a Snapdragon, which was my concern since I had the S7 with Exynos and I didn't have the best opinion of Samsung processors.
  After 3 months of use, I am completely satisfied.
  The phone is very lightweight in use and rock solid.
  It has no temperature issues.
  I haven't spent a summer with it yet, but it's so cool that I don't think it will have any issues.
  It connects to the car with Android Auto, casts to smart TVs and PCs at home and at the office, works well with my Huawei wireless headphones, and overall, it hasn't caused me any problems.
  In terms of appearance, it is discreet and looks like many other cheaper Samsung models, but I don't care about that at all.
  The feeling of solidity is at the S level, and with the Spigen case I have, along with the built-in screen protector, which is at least decent, I have no doubt that it will last five years in my hands.
  My only complaint is the size.
  I didn't need 6.5 inches, but I had to go for a larger device since Samsung didn't offer any other option for a smaller screen with the same features and for the same price.

  I have the Samsung s20 FE since August '21. I got it after 3 years of using Xiaomi, where I was quite satisfied, but I was looking for better quality in photos and videos. The phone overall is very good and fast, perhaps overrated for its price (500 euros). Since then, I haven't been able to find a case on the market (back cover) as everyone tells me it is still a new model and there is no variety of options. Its main drawback is its battery, which drains within a day even with moderate use (calls, messages, social media, NOT gaming!!). I believe that with the same amount of money, I would find an equally reliable Xiaomi.

  I bought this due to the Snapdragon. Before owning an m31 which I had bought as a midrange but was very powerful in everything. I can simply say a little better in all levels without crazy differences. The biggest downside is that for my own use it needs at least 2 charges per day. The fingerprint on the screen does not impress in terms of speed or reading. A more accurate price would be 400€.

  update: After about 2 months of use, the phone has frozen strongly 3 times without being able to press anything and one of them I had to press the power and volume button and it restarted.
  The battery lasts a day with normal use.
  I still believe it's not worth the 500 it's being sold for!

  My mobile phone's screen fell and broke, and even though I wanted to postpone the upgrade, I was forced to proceed with the purchase. I had been searching for a few days to decide, although I had been keeping an eye on what was available for a while, so I knew what to expect. In the end, I chose the s20 fe and I am really satisfied. It's fast with no lag at all, the fingerprint sensor, although I find it a bit slow, is very accurate, it has plenty of settings with Samsung UI and with Good Lock (Finelock or Nicelock or patched Goodlock from XDA) you have a lot of customization options in our country. The screen, although I heard the worst, is amazing, although not as good as the s21 ultra. I would have liked it to be a bit more vibrant and bright because it struggles in the summer, of course, and the other warm colors affect its brightness. The 120hz is flawless, the camera is very good with x3 zoom that you can't even find in flagship phones unfortunately, but it lacks a bit in low-light and fast shots, so it's not suitable for kids, etc. UFS 3.1 and USB 3.2, which you don't see in some Xiaomi phones, make data transfer very fast.

  The stereo speakers are very clear, but the sound is not that good and not that loud. Obviously, it's the best for calls with VoWiFi and VoLTE working perfectly with excellent quality. I had it in the heat of August and it didn't heat up except when I was at the beach, in the car using GPS and exposed to the sun, during video calls (nothing extreme though), and it heated up quite a bit during video recording.

  It's definitely worth it because it has Snapdragon (g780g) with very good temperatures and battery life. I got it in blue, although I didn't like it as much up close and I think I would prefer the white one that has a silver frame. Although it's plastic, it's sturdy and has a nice feel, lightweight, and fits well in the hand. Anyway, that's how all Samsung phones are now. Now, if someone doesn't mind getting Exynos, I would recommend another Samsung model like the s20+ if they find it at a good/similar price.

  Overall, even though I have complaints because everything works perfectly with the most basic features and gets updates with fixes and security patches in the first few days of each month, I couldn't have made a better choice. I would like a better price (not over 400), but I guess I'm asking for too much considering how prices have been in recent years.

  edit: After so many months, I still have the same opinion. The thing is, with such a price, it's not worth it since you can get the A52s for less than 350.

  The review is about the 780G model with the Snapdragon.
  Speed and flagship mobile quality at a more affordable price. If you want a fast mobile for general and professional use with the Samsung name, it will impress you.
  The screen has very beautiful colors and a very good touch response.
  Calls have very good quality and reception is better than my previous devices.
  The fingerprint sensor on the screen seemed a bit slow to me (having been used to a super-fast Sony before) and it won't meet expectations 10/10.
  I am very satisfied with the camera for general use and its speed in point and shoot. Also convenient is the opening of the camera with a double click on the power button.
  The back of the phone, although plastic, has a good feel to the touch and a beautiful appearance, something that may not bother you as you will probably put a case on it :) Pleasant surprise the already installed protective glass.
  In terms of sound, the single speaker is nothing special but it does its job for my needs. The absence of the minijack is covered with a €10-15 adapter or USB-C headphones. Although I bought the headphones, I pass on the store's advice to buy the Samsung adapter as compatibility issues have been observed with some aftermarket ones.

  Overall, a very good mobile!

  The version with Snapdragon 865 is truly impressive. Amazing speed and user experience. The 120hz display is pleasant with nice colors. I believe the camera can satisfy even the most demanding users, although the selfie was somewhat disappointing. The battery usually lasts a whole day, but to be sure, you activate the battery saving mode (reduces the 120hz to 60hz, as well as the processor power). As a device, it is quite large and difficult to use with one hand. For its price, I believe it is one of the best mobile phones currently on the market.
