I bought it solely to motivate myself to walk more.
Other than that, the book contains biased comparisons that ultimately do not help you walk more because they are wrong thoughts, wrong approach, wrong reasoning.
I would not recommend it - just walk, the benefits of walking are well known and this book does not highlight them correctly.
