The work "Collective Labor Relations" is a modern manual in the critical and timely field of collective labor law. The work is structured in three major chapters:

The first chapter examines and analyzes trade union freedom, specifically its organization and forms of exercise. Special emphasis is placed on the analysis of trade union organizations of employees, their types (primary, secondary, tertiary, federations, labor centers, federations), while a special section presents employer trade unionism, especially through the professional organizations of Law 1712/1987.

In the second chapter, which concerns collective autonomy and the resolution of collective labor disputes, the law of collective labor contracts (CLCs) is thoroughly analyzed, with all current issues, as well as the institutions of mediation and arbitration, and reconciliation within the framework of the OMEΔ.

Finally, in the third chapter, which refers to the law of labor conflicts, the law of strikes is extensively presented in all its manifestations, both in the private sector and in the public sector, while a special section is dedicated to the issue of lockouts.
