This work begins with a brief introduction to Homeric poetry, specifically the Odyssey, discussing the most important themes necessary for a better understanding and experience of this epic poem. It is followed by an interpretative approach to the teaching units, where both the ideas of the text and its compositional technique are inductively analyzed. Answers are provided to all the questions and cross-curricular activities of the school book, as well as additional open and closed type exercises for consolidation. At the end, answers to the additional topics of the Teacher's Book are included.
