Well, after years of experience, I will write in detail.

First of all, the alcantara is amazing, but in my opinion, you should drive with gloves to avoid it getting ruined. It causes a lot of sweat when you touch it with bare hands, and the sweat, along with the dirt on your hands, stays on the steering wheel and becomes visible after a while (but it does clean, so don't worry). Otherwise, make sure to thoroughly wash your hands before driving each time.

Essentially, the steering wheel is an 8/10 replica of the original and gives a racing vibe. It's 30 centimeters, satisfying, but you lose some detail in FFB compared to the classic 28cm Thrustmaster wheels due to the increased torque requirement.

The button layout is the classic and very convenient one that many other wheels have (458 GTE, 28GT Leather), which I find very handy during the race with all the buttons at your fingertips.

In conclusion, for anyone who wants to experience the luxury of alcantara, go for it. For everyone else, prefer the leather, which is both leather and 28cm.

And a hint for cleaning. Dip a cloth with small fibers into lukewarm to warm soapy water and use it to vigorously rub the alcantara. It won't get damaged, and gradually it will clean. After it has cleaned and the nap has lifted, clean it with a damp cloth accordingly, and finally, remove the moisture with a dry cloth. It is essential to let it dry well in clean air. Do not use a hairdryer or radiator as it will damage it. Ideally, we have removed the button box to avoid any damage.
