Quality strap made of good material that does not bother or irritate the hand, even when in contact with the thick silicone cushion with "teeth" for massage. I have been using it constantly for about two weeks for office work. It is intentionally thin in design so as not to heat up and not to bother, which is positive. On the other hand, due to its thin width, sometimes it may tighten excessively on the same narrow surface of the arm, like a tight ribbon. On the contrary, wider straps distribute pressure over a larger surface. I don't know which one is correct medically though.
VERY important for office work: It is comfortable and smooth when resting on the desk, while other straps are either too hard or have various annoying irregularities in thickness that make the arm wobble.
