  Having 4 gas grills in the family, two of them being quite expensive, and a previous traveler model, I believe I have a comprehensive view in all categories.

  The 3200 is the easiest to use household grill, by far. It has the right shape for good grilling, a sufficiently large surface for grilling 2 kilograms in one go, wise use of materials (the walls are not too thick and it does not overheat), and the easiest cleaning compared to all the aforementioned models.

  It lacks in three points:
  1. Only two burners, if you want to grill indirectly, you only have a very narrow strip in the center.
  2. It does not have a place for a large gas cylinder in the wheeled base (and the base itself is a joke without storage space).
  3. The construction is not the best it could be, the hinges, handles, and shelves are quite light. Nevertheless, it doesn't suffer any damage (8 years +)

  Really one of the best purchases I have made! I saw many before deciding to buy this one due to its high price compared to the others, but it was worth its money.
  I will come back on 01/10/2023 to add that after a few grilling sessions, cleaning is a piece of cake! I have also purchased the wire brush from Weber as well as the plastic spatula (scraper) from the same company. For the cast iron grill, it simply needs to be cleaned after finishing grilling while it is still warm, and then heated again before cleaning. As for the ash catcher, once the grill has cooled down, it can be easily removed and cleaned with the plastic spatula (scraper). Cleaning in this specific grill is one of its advantages, among others.

  Maybe the best model of Weber under 1000€. I explain the reasons:
  1) Easy cleaning.
  2) Huge cooking surface.
  3) Fits all accessories.
  4) The burners are attached to the grill itself.
  The only difficulty is that it is not easy to do indirect grilling.

  It grills perfectly (see how evenly it cooks compared to most cheaper competitors) and it is easy to use. These are its two major advantages. However, its plastic parts are sharp like a knife on the edges, which is unacceptable for a (theoretically) high-quality construction that aims to be among the top in its category. The greasy interior aluminum surface makes cleaning difficult, and the enamel coating on the cast iron grill makes no effort to facilitate cleaning, as the burnt fats only come off with strenuous scrubbing using a wire brush (I am seriously considering using a wire brush on a drill or an angle grinder for the next cleaning). Finally, Weber (and all similar gas grills) recommend grilling with the lid closed. However, this results in a texture similar to what we would get in the oven, with reduced intensity on the outer crust, especially on the upper side, which already turns gray by the time it is flipped, and the meat juices start to flow and spill onto the aluminum tray, something that personally I do not like and in my opinion takes away the flavor. The way I have found to make it work better is to preheat it to 280-290 degrees with the burners on maximum for about 10-15 minutes, and then, for the first 5 minutes of grilling, I leave the lid open until the meat forms a very good crust on the bottom side. Then, I flip the meat, close the lid, and 1 minute later, I lower the heat to the lowest setting and let the meat cook for as long as it needs, depending on its thickness. If it is very thick, I flip it one more time, always with the lid closed, on both sides. Finally, regarding cleaning, I recently bought a BBQ grilling mat (coookina, don't get a cheap one, you definitely need the highest temperature resistance that this specific one has compared to the competition), and it somewhat solved the cleaning problem, although at the expense of the searing that grilling on a grate provides, as the fats do not come off with the mat, and grilling now resembles more cooking on a griddle than on a grate.

  Very good product! I have had it for 14 months (purchased in 04/2016) and I am really satisfied (although initially the high price concerned me). The surface is quite large and suitable for a group (more than 4-5 people). The temperature of the grill is even (which is not easily found) and the whole BBQ is very easy to clean since its shape is convenient. Finally, the grates are of very good quality (as they are made of cast iron) and have enough weight that may make it difficult for the female population to clean.
  In the end, once I got over the "psychological" shock of the price and used it, I have to say that it is now a very good purchase! If we had American prices... then I think there would be no other "player" in the market!
