After 20 months of daily intake, my good cholesterol is borderline normal (42) and my bad cholesterol is borderline high (142). I have a normal weight and I don't eat fried or greasy foods, and I walk a lot. Perhaps olive oil is not so "miraculous" regardless of the brand.
