They have a terrible taste and my 12-year-old daughter cannot eat them. The tablet takes over 1 hour to dissolve in the mouth and in the end leaves a purple mass that has an even worse taste. She took 2 vitamins but we threw away the rest.
Unfortunately, my children couldn't eat the vitamins because they were in chewable tablets (and not, for example, gummies) and they didn't like the sensation at all. They were not thrilled with the taste either (ages 8 and 5). However, I personally had no problem with them.
It's like a candy, my little one would bite it and complain a little about the taste. Nevertheless, I believe it is a good children's multivitamin.

I give my children, aged 4 and 10, one chewable a day, telling them it's a caramel. They eat it just fine (the younger one even asks for a second). When we started taking them, their appetite improved and my children recovered from their illnesses faster. A noticeable difference. We all now only use Solgar vitamins due to their high absorbability and excellent quality they provide.
If it does what it promises, I don't know. What I do know, however, is that my 7-year-old daughter didn't want them at all because they didn't taste good. They have a medicine-like taste that makes a child refuse to put them in their mouth. Anyway, they're not worth her money due to the taste.
