The only negative thing, which is probably my own fault, is that they slip. And this is because I bought the medium size, which is for sizes up to 42. Maybe I should have bought the larger size since my size is 43, but I thought that like most people, I should get a smaller size to avoid a tight fit. So I recommend getting your regular size, as they are quite thin and not bulky at all.

Overall, I have tried many different products because I have a metatarsal pain that has been bothering me for a long time and I can't walk properly. The insoles stay in place while walking, they don't bother me at all, it's like I'm not wearing them. My foot feels rested. Unlike other insoles that I had to remove each time from the shoe in order to put these on, these ones don't create any problems at all. I've been saved!
