    It is very difficult to put the chain together with this specific Kryptonite on the disc brake. It is a cumbersome product overall. It is better to use them separately by getting another lock for the chain. You do save around €40 if you buy it together instead of separately. Otherwise, it is of very good quality. This specific brand is a guarantee.

    Both pieces are excellent, but using them together requires skill. I personally use the disk lock on its own and the chain on its own with a different padlock. Every time I tried to use them together, besides my own frustration, I also managed to annoy my neighbors

    The disk lock is very good with excellent motion detection and immediate activation. The chain is also very good, heavy and thick. BUT!!! It is not at all practical for everyday use because trying to pass the chain through the disk lock and not scratch your rim or set off the alarm requires skill and mastery, terms that I prefer to use for riding my motorcycle and not for locking it. In conclusion, I only use the disk lock on its own, which is excellent, and the chain with an unrelated padlock for the rear wheel or a fixed point. It's not worth getting the set, only the padlock on its own.
