Benefits

  • Casein has a high content of essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAA’s) and very high (higher than whey) in L-Glutamine, the most abundant free amino acid in human blood.
  • It contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass as well as the maintenance of normal bones. The milk proteins in this product are called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and must be supplied by the diet (i.e., histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine).
  • The calcium contained contributes to the normal function of muscles, energy-yielding metabolism, and neurotransmission.
  • Additionally, it is also suitable for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Recommended Dosage

  • Mix 1 scoop: 30 g with 350 ml of milk or any other beverage.
  • The best time to use it is at night before sleep.

    I didn't like the taste, taste is subjective compared to other protein products. As for the ingredients, it's okay, the smell didn't bother me but the taste didn't... if you're someone who is used to vanilla, chocolate, or caramel, it's difficult to switch to this one permanently.

    The casein powder has a different behavior than whey. It makes a mixture thicker because it retains more liquid. It doesn't say much on its own with milk, but if you add other things like oats, banana, peanut butter, etc., you make a wonderful evening (or morning) meal. This particular one has a nice taste when you drink it, but a little later it leaves a bad aftertaste. The smell when you open the box is like smelling bird food

    I never consume it plain with milk or water, I always use it in desserts like chia puddings, dietetic chocolate cakes, tiramisu, and other sweets that I create according to my cravings. So, it dissolves well in a mixer/blender, so we're good on that.
    In terms of taste, it's delicious, no comparison to the antibiotics I read about in another review. With other brands, you might have such a bad experience, but not here.
    Overall, this protein is amazing
