Everything is fine as long as it works.... I bought the first one and it broke after a few months. I bought the second one, same thing...
It's a good purchase for minimal use! Considering the cost of purchase, I can't have high expectations. I will buy something better
It has constant steam coming out from the handles of all the attachments, which get excessively hot and you can't touch them.
It worked eight times in total. Two times for carpets (two carpets), one time for the floor, five times for creating steam for spraying with steam on faucets, knobs, switches.
It stopped working.
I decided, since it doesn't have spare parts, to see what's wrong with it.
The water heater that heats the water was rusting from the inside. Pieces of rust clogged the hose and the end where the steam comes out towards the attachments, causing the motor to burn out. Also, the last hose that carried the steam, besides being clogged, was not dried, but it was cut.
On the second day of use, the main spare part broke and without it, no brush can work, so it essentially became a floor steamer. Or rather, a sponge, because it fills the whole place with water!!!
It is good, but after the 10th use it broke. It stopped producing steam. The motor burned out. Also, you cannot find spare parts
In carpet cleaning, I haven't seen any particular result, but in tile grout, in the bathroom and kitchen, it is very good!!! The downside is that you can't find replacement accessories. The wire brush and the pressure nozzle have broken and I can't find a replacement anywhere!!! It is satisfactory for its price, but without replacement accessories, how can you use it?
