  I will agree with all the negative reviews, on everything!! Poor eye configuration. You can't have two large or even medium-sized pots on top at the same time, as they don't fit. The eyes flicker when they heat up, very sensitive to anything you touch on them. It doesn't clean easily and no matter how careful I was, it scratched. And of course, it didn't just crack when an object fell on it, but it broke into pieces since it was on the edge of the stove, so it shattered. It was not my choice but the homeowner's, and now I have to replace it.

I want to emphasize that it really withstands because many times my little hot wheels car has been thrown at it and the stove didn't break. Now, as for those who claim that it cracks with a spoon, I don't know... The only downside is that it has two medium-sized eyes, while it should have a smaller one for the coffee pot.

  Very poor ergonomics of the burners (2 large ones in the front and back).
  It immediately presented a fault (the boiling would stop - the burners would turn off every three and a bit and then turn on by themselves, resulting in a significant delay in cooking and alteration of the texture of the food).
  When frying, it mostly boiled the food.
  The service came promptly and acknowledged the problem.
  Upon contacting the company, they offered a return.
  I took it to the store where I bought it and got a different brand, paid the difference, and everything is fine.

  Truly the worst choice anyone could make! If you want to hear me from afar unless you are lazy and watch the kitchen all day so it doesn't overheat and turn off! They loaded it onto my mom without even looking at it as the ultimate opportunity! As soon as she saw that the two big eyes were next to each other, she was shocked! I imagine you understand that you can't even make pasta with minced meat at the same time because it overheats. For example, you put the pot, you go for a bath, you wait for the food to be ready and the kitchen has turned off and it hasn't even been cooked! I have a Pitsos kitchen, I bought it for just €100 more and I cook four dishes at the same time without it turning off even once! The company is unacceptable, I have never seen such treatment towards the customer. The specific girl who spoke to me said, "Madam, what did you expect, to put the food and not even watch it?" They sent a technician four times, changed the board twice, and they don't sign the replacement because you made this purchase and you have to endure it! I am considering taking legal action for deception!

  The truth is that the arrangement of the burners is not practical, the two large burners placed on the left are not user-friendly as they do not fit two large pots together. Unfortunately, I did not notice this from the beginning.

  I also want to share my opinion about this specific device, maybe I can help potential buyers with my experience. I'll start with the NEGATIVES: 1) Poor ergonomics of the burners. The burners are in the wrong position and should be diagonal to each other. For a housewife with large needs, she cannot use both large burners at the same time due to the size of the appliances, they DO NOT FIT, and she cannot use the second large burner. So it's a waste of time and frustration for the housewife. If a large appliance is placed on the small burner next to the keyboard by the housewife in order to save cooking time due to the large diameter of the appliance and because the keyboard is next to it, the PROTECTION will function due to overheating and all the burners will shut down. So cooking stops without you knowing it if you are not present. Therefore, it's a waste of time, higher power consumption, and frustration. NEVER place a large appliance with a large diameter on the small burner next to the keyboard because the device's circuit board is underneath, so the PROTECTION may not work and there is a fear of it being damaged, as the manufacturer also states. 2) Small and slow keyboard with slow response. 3) Wet but wiped hands. Difficult and slow response of the keyboard. 4) Wiping the keyboard area with almost dry VETEX turns off all the burners and it takes time for them to function again. Poor ergonomics of the device. The designer either never cooked or had minimal needs. Positives: Fast cooking. I also share my experience of purchasing the device. After the purchase and installation, the device only worked for 3 hours of cooking and suddenly turned off and never worked again. I returned it the next day for a replacement. They only accept replacements if the service determines that the product is defective and cannot be repaired. I went to the service and the damage was fixed without any charge due to the warranty. When I asked about the type of damage, the answer I received did not satisfy me (internal movement of touch contacts) because I consider it unlikely as a damage since I own the object. The result was INCONVENIENCE AND IRRITATION. I have shared my experience and the conclusions are up to you

  For two and a half years, we simply endured. The touch buttons took two or three attempts to work in the morning. The power of the large burner was good, but after 5 minutes, it would go into protection mode and lower on its own. It was very annoying that if you turned off a burner and tried to turn it on immediately, it wouldn't accept the high setting and would only work on a lower power level. Today, one of the burners broke and relieved us from the trouble.

  Very bad choice! I also decided to try the whirlpool, but it was a big mistake! I experienced exactly what they mentioned above! It cracked on its own without any reason or cause, and also the corner broke just by touching a pot slightly on the edge of the stove, which proves that it is not ceramic material. I also agree that the two largest burners are close together, which doesn't allow you to have two pots side by side, simply because they don't fit! So if you plan on cooking a meal with two dishes, forget it! I have been cooking for 25 years, and this is the first time I have bought stoves of this type! I will never buy this brand again, that's for sure!

  I have been using this device for a few days in the apartment I am renting.

  I completely agree with the existing comments, the layout is so wrong... on a daily basis, I curse the manufacturer.
  But I also want to comment on something else in general.
  The touch buttons remind me of mobile phones from 2005 that had touch screens...
  Don't even get me started if you have slightly wet hands...
  So, the layout is terrible, terrible and the touch buttons, the performance is fast, I can't deny that, luckily I didn't pay for it with my own money, I would have regretted it.

  P.S. I dared to use the small right eye for more than 10 minutes when I wanted to boil something and now the device has malfunctioned... It shows as if the buttons are wet for about 10 minutes, but they are not.
  It's just that this particular eye is next to the touch buttons. Due to its own heat, the device did not turn on.
  I was waiting for it to cool down and continue cooking.

  If they give it to you as a gift, they want to harm you. Don't talk to them again

  The arrangement of the burners is unacceptable. The large burners are located on the left side and both, not diagonally, resulting in not being able to fit two large utensils (24cm pan and pot) at the same time and they stick out of the frame. Result? Impossible to use anything other than one utensil! Imagine wanting to set a table or, the simplest thing, to cook for the different needs of family members. The distance between the burners is minimal and here is another problem with the small burners. I had to change it, at my own expense, within three days from the day I bought it! Who designed such an "intelligent" industrial model?

  5-year-old user. Stove performance is relatively low, even for boiling water. The 2 large burners are very close to each other, so you can't cook with 2 pots simultaneously. In the 5 years of infrequent use, the touch buttons had a problem (one eye pressed, another one turned on, and it generally stopped working), so I had to replace it since a technician visit cost 30 euros and an electronic board, which was definitely the issue, cost 200 euros, while a new one cost around 150.

  The problem is that the arrangement of the eyes is such that you cannot use both eyes simultaneously, one in front and one behind, because the utensils do not fit. In other words, you cannot use both big eyes on the right simultaneously, nor both small eyes on the right simultaneously. Only one big and one small eye. Unacceptable because when, for example, you have a table that you need to cook a lot with this specific stove, you have to start from the previous day or have the utensils on the stove and waste electricity for nothing, but also damage your utensils. It's a shame, I had a good opinion of this company, they probably have a system for this. The technician who came for the inspection took some photos as evidence to show his supervisor.   - Purchased on Jan 21, which means not even 5 months ago.
  - Cooks once a day and not every day.
  - The kitchen glass initially showed slight peeling and now it has cracked.

  - The top glass does not have a warranty!!!!
