- Take care of and moisturize the area of your feet daily. Daily care and maintenance of the area are necessary to avoid calluses. An intensive cream against hard skin can enhance the natural exfoliation process and restore the elasticity of the skin, helping to prevent the formation of calluses.
- Use special callus removal patches. These patches have targeted action and relieve calluses. Prevention as well as proper treatment play an important role in the effective management of calluses. If calluses persist, consult a podiatrist.
