I bought two over six months ago. Used every morning I haven’t opened the other. I first glance it looked cheap but it does what it says on the tin.
But there’s a knack.
I added a slash of water in with the eggs. Soft poached I knocked 10 seconds off as the 1m 10s exploded my yolk. It doesn’t look cooked just after 1m but I leave mine for another minute as it’s still cooking from the heat. Perfect. It’s going to be different with different microwaves but they work with a bit of testing and patience.

I bought it, (in fact, I bought 2 pieces) and I tried it. The microwave oven became terrible. I cleaned it and put it back in. Same thing again. Pieces of egg everywhere inside the oven. I was very disappointed. I was hoping that I could make eggs in the microwave with this. But it seems that it's not possible. If you manage to do it, let me know too, because I really want to...

And just so you won't be disappointed, its material is like a somewhat thick gelatin.

It is decent for its price. It doesn't close perfectly after the first use, but it does what it says!
