    Very good book with many recipes and tips for ice cream and related topics. Very nice writing that makes you want to keep reading (especially in the beginning where it talks about the history of ice cream). Overall, if someone wants to get into the world of ice cream, it's worth investing in this particular book, especially compared to books of similar price (or even more) that are translated from English and essentially don't teach you anything, just write down some recipes.
