They make it very easy to see through the glass to check the cooking status. It also reaches 230 degrees Celsius (most go up to 190-200), so you get crispier results. With Sync Finish, you can put 2 foods in the baskets that require different cooking times and start one later so they can finish cooking at the same time. I have no complaints, if anything else comes up over time, I will come back

On the positive side:
1. Each basket can be adjusted independently but also with sync finish (to start at different times to finish cooking simultaneously)
2. One of the few fryers that reaches 230 degrees for higher cooking temperatures where required
3. Front glass to see the cooking status.
4. Accessories such as the extra baking rack, skewer rack, and skewers (souvlaki or kebabs, depending on which region of Greece you are from)
