    Average taste, I always drink it in a small cup with a little lukewarm water after stirring it well. It cannot be considered a tea because it is impossible to consume it little by little due to its taste. But when consumed in small quantities, it is miraculous for concentration, mental clarity, and even managing anxiety and emotions. When you take a large dose, for example, a full teaspoon, I think it has exactly the opposite results, plus you feel very exhausted and want to lie down... I have not used it extensively to recognize more positives or negatives, especially in terms of health, but whoever feels mentally weak, I think this is the supplement they should trust. The correct quantity for me is what we say at the tip of the spoon...
