    I do not recommend it at all. First of all, I have to say that I was taking it along with antibiotics. 2 capsules per day. It made me very bloated, as if I had eaten a ton of food all day. Obviously, the feeling is bad and they smell very bad and taste terrible. If you don't manage to swallow it immediately with water and hold it in your mouth for a bit, you will only end up feeling nauseous. Also, if you are a woman and don't want to get a yeast infection due to antibiotics, I also do not recommend it at all! This product is only for the intestines, look for it yourselves if you want, I read many comments from women saying they developed a yeast infection, obviously since it doesn't help at all with the lower system.. there are many better probiotics that don't bloat you and protect you from yeast infections. That's all from me.

    I used to take them in the past along with antibiotics or for regulating intestinal flora. I took it a month ago in combination with antibiotics. It was fine for the intestine, but I ended up with a yeast infection. Also, it has changed because now when you open the package, the capsules have a bad smell and taste.
