To me it did nothing! It's like I didn't take it. Maybe the dosage is too small. I will try with two pills or even three. They sell products with 1 mg of melatonin and some people find them effective. In the past, I tried with a sublingual 1 mg tablet that also has fast absorption, but it had no effect, so now I decided to try again with a higher dosage. But still, nothing. I will try with double and triple dosage, and if it doesn't work, I will give up on melatonin. I hope it works because tossing and turning in bed and hours passing by is a big problem. *I also tried with two pills and still nothing.

I take it every day after 23:00 for 10 days now, and I sleep after 2:00 and wake up before 08:00..
I'll come back again: for the next 10 days, I took 2 and it's completely ineffective.. I took it for testing and it's really the worst out of all the ones I've tried.. of course, I will continue with the previous medication I was using!
