Cleaning with running water provides hygiene but is also considered more effective compared to simple cleaning with toilet paper. There is no need to use soap to wash, the flow of water is enough to clean the area. It is an ideal solution for people suffering from hemorrhoids, as the use of the bidet prevents irritation.
