It doesn't turn at all. The handle is very small and, combined with the system of the knobs it has, it is not convenient at all for the parent to steer. It requires strength and even when it does turn, it doesn't do it smoothly, meaning it either turns the handle all the way or not at all. The foot brake started sticking after a few days of use and the rear wheels wouldn't unlock when I deactivated it. I was disappointed, to be honest, I expected much better! The quality of materials is okay, but the main thing, which is to go for a walk with your child and enjoy it without struggling with the handle, it doesn't do it.
