I have tried several multivitamins from various companies and much more expensive ones. These ones are very good! They don't upset me or anything. And I feel a sense of energy. And their price is excellent.

It's not a magic pill. It provides a very small supplement to everything you need to be healthy and function properly. You should take it after a meal, ideally in the middle of your meal. If you take it in the morning with your coffee, it won't do anything. If you take it thinking that you won't get sick in the winter, it's better to buy a lucky charm for your neck. With a proper diet plan and this vitamin, you can get through the winter as well as possible. Personally, I start taking it every year in October and stop in early November when I get the flu shot, and from March onwards, the only vitamin I take is D3.

It provides excellent protection against the common cold, but it also works therapeutically. Because it contains propolis, it helps the body recover faster
