Made from a soft knitted breathable upper, it hugs the foot for better flexibility. The midsole features FF Blast Plus Eco, the greatest cushioning the series has offered to date.     First impression not so good, maybe because I had to wear them straight the next day because I ran out of shoes. So I wore them "loose" on a 44.5 km uphill road run (not trail) and obviously after 35 km I wanted to take them off and throw them in the trash. The next normal runs of 20-25 km are as follows: this is not stability (in the shorter distances), it's like a boat in the sea, reminiscent of Nike's 720. It's almost annoying for walking, this react is an overreact. Something happens in the middle distances, but in the longer ones (over 25 km) you cry for your money. It doesn't have the expected support that you would want towards the end, and you would expect that when the initial price of the Nimbus 25 was €210, highly valued by Asics. I got them for €147, they are nice for casual wear, I won't deny that, but that's not why we bought them... Also, they have excellent grip on wet ground (asphalt), they fit wonderfully on the foot, but they are probably too warm for the same reason. As for how "breathable" they are, wear a compression sock for better or worse to make it through the long run. It made a difference for me because the feeling after many kilometers is terrible, but enjoy and good luck.
