I had bought it for my sister's engagement and everyone loved it. The photos came out very good. If you are too far away, they may come out blurry. Oh, and don't take mirror selfies, you won't look good at all. It has two settings for zoom and the night shots are also very good.
To take proper photos, you need to be close to the person you want to photograph and there should be enough light, otherwise the photos will be dark and blurry. Not recommended for landscapes and night shots.
I bought it as a gift for my sister for her birthday. I admit I was impressed; I had previous experience with the Instax 11, the previous model, which did not take such clear photos. However, with this one, I was very happy that it has such better resolution; it is clearly an improved model! The color we got was a very nice soft pink, and I also bought the matching case because no matter how durable it is, I believe it needs care. We used the compatible film from the same company, and the result was very beautiful. You can also take selfies with this one and adjust it to zoom.
