For Cold Therapy: Freeze for at least 2 hours.
For Heat Therapy: Heat in the microwave based on the time and power indications provided on the product.
For safer use, it is recommended not to place the dressing directly on the skin for an extended period of time. It can also be used without any specific condition, simply for relaxation. If you experience any discomfort during application, stop using it immediately.
