Description

The Smooth 5S is a new professional three-axis gimbal for smartphones with built-in lighting, providing content creators with everything they need to bring their creative filming ideas to life with a portable equipment system.

Designed for one-person shooting, this gimbal stabilizer also offers intuitive control on the panel, quick switch functions, robust operating time of up to 25 hours, and fast PD charging in just two hours. Compatibility with three mobile apps aimed at users of various levels allows you to do livestreaming, control focus, and create time-lapse, cloning, dolly/zoom, and slow-motion effects.


Lighting in Every Shot

The built-in light is located on the tilt arm of the gimbal and offers a color temperature of 5000°K, brightness of 650 lux, CRI index of 90+, and a nominal power of 2W. With this Combo kit, an additional magnetic light of approximately 700 lux and four color filters are provided. The Zhiyun Smooth 5S Stabilizer can accommodate a total of 2 such magnetic lights, so its final brightness with this combination will reach 2040 lux.

Advanced Level of Stabilization

The Smooth 5S allows for the creation of shots with top-notch anti-shake functionality, enabling the utilization of the smartphone's nominal resolution for maximum clarity in capturing. The magnetic steel motors combined with the upgraded algorithm allow the gimbal to support larger-sized mobile phones, while the wider phone clamp makes it possible to use an additional lens on your smartphone.

Field of View and Full Control

The position of the rear motor engines of the Smooth 5S and its professional body design offer a larger field of view and allow for shooting at extreme angles, thus providing more creative options in the hands of the videographer. The operator has full control thanks to the iconic intuitive control panel and the control wheel that allow for easy adjustment of the gimbal's parameters. Additionally, the clear shooting functions combined with the round joystick give you the ability to shoot using only one hand.
