The automations that you can set through the Tapo App for mobile devices have a fast response time as they are executed locally without the need for the cloud.   I bought 2 for the garage and the door as we tend to forget them open from time to time and animals get inside. While I installed them as perfectly as possible in terms of distance, etc., the one on the garage door works correctly, but the other one on the regular door does not work properly when closing.
