First time I decided to try a bamboo lid. And I even bought 2 (different brands, for the bathroom and the toilet).
I am already crying for this one (purchased, around the summer of '22). After both bases broke, as you can see in the photos.
I would tell you to avoid ALL those that have a similar base.
And not only that, but also in both that I bought, the first part... the rim, which is under the lid.
They make them wider than the classic, plastic lids.
Probably to have greater durability of the wood (due to a larger surface area). That's good... but it significantly reduces the functional hole of the lid, to a bothersome extent for me. It ruined my comfort.
And the last thing was that it never sat steadily in its place, constantly moving, right-left, with the slightest touch.
