Instructions for Use

Frequency of use: 1 to 2 times a day

It also leaves the skin soft, although it definitely needs other things afterwards, but as a cleanser, it is very good. I believe it does a good job of cleansing. Personally, it does not sting my eyes. I do not know about makeup removal, I have not tried it.
