Recent purchase of a 12000BTU air conditioner installed in the living room, but I bought it with the condition that it cools as much as possible and the adjacent rooms. It actually does the job and is quiet. Of course, quiet as defined by anyone, you can perceive the flow of air but it doesn't sound like a fan. You can sleep comfortably in the room where the air conditioner is operating without being bothered by its function. The Wi-Fi application is also good, the initial setup is quite easy and sharing the device with another user is very simple afterwards. Essentially, the second user only needs to accept the invitation you send them to control the device. I cannot provide an opinion on heating as the purchase was made in the summer and I didn't buy it solely for heating, only for cooling

Almost silent, efficient, at a good price with an ionizer and WiFi, a big positive is the dealership (which also has Fujitsu) I recommend it to you

In cooling, it is very good. In heating, I don't have an opinion yet, I will see it in the winter. It is completely silent, very good, and the Wi-Fi it has is great.

I bought three pieces, they are excellent in heating performance with zero outside temperature, quiet, good WiFi functions, fast cooling, good construction

Placement in the middle of the hallway (approximately 5 meters of copper pipes were used) just outside and above the entrance of the middle bedroom (3 bedrooms in a row with a total size of approximately 35 sq.m. plus the hallway of about 50 sq.m., in total the distance I want to cover). With the square footage I mentioned, believe me, this little machine is amazing! It can easily handle more BTUs. It produces a lot of cool air, honestly. I close the door of the hallway and within exactly 5 minutes (25 minutes on auto), you start feeling comfortable. It covers all 3 bedrooms so nicely that we all put on sheets, something we like. It has great performance and the indoor unit is very quiet!

Cons: The outdoor unit produces a peculiar and annoying noise, exactly on the side where the pipes connect to the unit, and after a few hours of operation, it works just fine and quietly. We are currently in communication with the installation team. If a solution is not found, they told me to contact the local authorized service. If they fix the external noise and any other issues, I will come back to update you... and of course, change the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.

I hope I am dealing with a serious company that respects its customers.

EDIT (18-02-2023): When the technician from the store where I bought it provides a technical inspection report stating that the installation is "flawless," the authorized service claims that the noise exists because the installation requires a change of refrigerant fluids and the reuse of a vacuum pump, and the customer is asked to pay €50 to receive this answer in writing, in order to present it to the purchasing store to resolve the problem... and if the store accepts it... and if... and if we had something to say...

The company should be careful, as I have no personal issues with them, because they are indeed serious people there, the retail stores in different places. They are tarnishing their reputation for no reason!
