Although sometimes the motion sensor doesn't notice (meaning there needs to be moderate to excessive movement), otherwise it is a very good and inexpensive solution.

It is a very affordable solution mainly for spaces close to the environment you live in (e.g. a warehouse next to your house). Alternatively, it has products with wifi at 100€, much higher.

It is a very good alarm because it sounds very loud and additionally gives you a margin to deactivate it before it starts ringing
