Eco-Friendly Refrigerant R32
It uses the eco-friendly refrigerant R32, which is environmentally friendly and has 68% lower global warming potential compared to R410A. Additionally, R32 can deliver the same thermal power as R410A with 30% less refrigerant, meaning that less refrigerant is required per unit. As a result, total carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by approximately 75%. Another advantage is that R32 is not a mixture but a homogeneous fluid and can be more easily recycled and reused.
Energy Efficiency
The air conditioner belongs to energy class A+++ for cooling and energy class A++ for heating (medium zone). The energy class is measured on a seven-level color scale from A+++ to D, with class A+++ being the most efficient, while class D is the least efficient.
Additionally, there are the SEER and SCOP indicators, which more realistically depict the actual energy efficiency of air conditioners.
- SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio) is representative for the entire cooling season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required cooling to the annual electricity consumption (the annual cooling consumption is based on 350 hours of operation). Indicatively, for an air conditioner of class A and above, the SEER index is from 5.10w/w units and above.
- SCOP (Seasonal Coefficient of Performance) is representative for the entire heating season. It is defined as the ratio of the annual required heating to the annual electricity consumption (the annual heating consumption is based on 1400 hours of operation). Value for money, with a seer 8+ rating, this machine is truly exceptional. I doubt if Daikin/Mitsubishi have such incredibly good performance. I have installed 2 units in 2 bedrooms (9k btu) and they cool perfectly. I also use the air magic feature, which cleans the air, which is important when sleeping. Of course, my xtreme dura unit in the living room does the same job and has a seer 7.1 rating

It concerns the 18, replaced the 12 Mitsubishi and there is a noticeable difference. Completely silent, only the fan can be heard when it works at full speed, but that is logical. I believe that proper installation plays a role because I have read from others that there are creaking sounds, but I don't hear anything in mine. The units (indoor and outdoor) are a bit large, but due to the layout of my space, there was no problem with installation. The wifi is very useful, the filters are located externally and come out very easily

Bought it a week ago . I was looking at the inventer legend 24,000 btu but what I saw is they are exactly the same who is copying who I don't know. Of course inventor was more expensive about 60 70 more. What I do know is that media is a very big company which has Toshiba and carrier. I have the media in a living room with kitchen 55 square metres and I can tell you that in 15 minutes it gets very hot. Plus media has three-year warranty without service and after that seven years warranty for the compressor with a yearly service. In order to have warranty for inventor you must have a yearly service from the first year. That is one of the reasons I went with the media and that it has Toshiba compressor and carrier technology.

I sleep perfectly with it. I've had it for a week and it's worth its money and more. The outdoor unit is silent, the indoor unit makes a little noise when you have the fan on high, but it's tolerable for an air conditioner. If it bothers you, it has a button to lower the noise and you can't hear it. Personally, it doesn't bother me. The Wi-Fi application is very good and connects immediately. Also, the cleaning filter is located on top and you don't need to open the cover to remove it in case you want to clean it because many times after opening it, you can damage the cover, resulting in a creaking noise later on

I bought on 20/6/2022 a 24,000 and a 12,000! Both external units are quiet! The 24,000 covers a living room of 80 square meters with a kitchen comfortably!
