Having three Weber grills, I can say that it has nothing to envy, excellent build quality! It grills perfectly, with few/controlled ignitions, satisfactory surface area (you can easily grill for a large group), even cooking and very powerful burners. The fact that it offers a rear and side burner at its price (950€) makes it one of the most value-for-money grills in its category. In addition, the very tall lid (fits large pieces on the spit without any problem) and the tray... it is one of the easiest to clean! It is smooth, without corners, with the bottom being drawer-like (you take it out, wash it, ready). Easily a 5/5!

I preferred this model for the cast iron plates, except for the easy cleaning of the stainless steel grill, I believe that the cast iron offers another quality both at low and high temperatures.
Also, the fact that it comes with the rotisserie and the back burner is a big advantage because with the addition of a basket, you have so many options for cooking.
Coming from a smaller WEBER model, I believe that the change to this one is the best I could choose. Of course, the cost of over 1000€ is not small, but neither are the years of warranty it offers for the various parts, many of which, with proper maintenance, will probably last a lifetime. It grills steaks, skewers, rotisserie chicken, fish, vegetables, wings, pizza, with the corresponding accessories of course, such as grilling basket, stone.
It's good that it comes with a rotisserie.
The design is excellent, it heats up very quickly, retains heat inside and you have full control over the grilling temperature you want, it grills evenly and does not easily catch fire with fats.
Overall, it can do everything, the bottom burners are very powerful and it also has the back one that is convenient with the rotisserie.

I hope I'm not boring you.
I bought the grill from BBQ (€934) because of the genuine reseller in Greece. This rewarded me from the first day because I couldn't find the handle of the skewer. I messaged them and after discussions, they sent me the piece completely free, completing the grill 100%.
It came in the company's box. Satisfactory in terms of quality (thick, hard). When you start, it's good to have a lot of space to spread the five boxes from inside. You don't need any tools, it has what you need.
The instructions are satisfactory, mainly with drawings, but I expected it to only have instructions for this one inside. Unfortunately, as if they would gain something financially, it also includes instructions for the 325 and 525 where it separates the steps with little boxes, meaning if this step concerns yours or not. Even the screws were much more because of the 525. However, even with attention to this detail, you will easily assemble it (you will need a second person to install the burner).
After completing it in 1+ hour, I couldn't wait. I quickly connected the gas cylinder, which goes inside the cabinet, and lit the burners. Amazing! Powerful! Impressive and heavy grates (the shape really helps with the food). It quickly raised the temperature. So I decided to also light the back for an even faster rise.
Mistake!!!! I got burned by the wires above the main grates (Warming rack) from the temperature.... Read the instructions before doing anything. The first thing it says about using the back infrared is to remove the rack!!!! :-)
It has tips for grilling, temperatures depending on the food, etc. that really help. The rotisserie is necessary for me. Everything is nice and sturdy. You can directly understand the quality.
However, there are three things that I didn't like as much, which should have been standard at this price-quality ratio.
First, the lid doesn't have a double wall... When it reached 350+ °C, you couldn't touch it... My mother's Bormann 5030 has it and allows you to briefly touch it. This one doesn't...
Second, for a rectangular piece, the back of the cabinet doesn't close 100%. It has gaps, the same as the one below, so logically it will have an accessory because cats can enter. And
Third, the door of the cabinet... When it closes, because the screw is screwed from the inside out, the head remains, so there's a gap between the handle and the frame the size of a whole finger. I expected that it wouldn't have this detail...
But it has rewarded me in everything else! Amazing grilling! Generally, it grills 5 steaks at once.
The more I use it, the more I learn, even about cleaning. Regarding this, it's not very easy to make it shine and it will never be like it was before you lit it! I bought aluminum trays that fit in the large tray and the small one (I clean them, I don't throw them away on the first grilling, they're expensive) and I save a lot of scrubbing. The burner protectors turn into charcoal and with a metal brush, they clean about 90%. Of course, then I wash them with the grates. I clean the grates in a bucket with a hard plastic brush and later with a steam cleaner for the plate, and in 20 minutes everything is clean (grates, covers) and sterilized. Then a little oil, vegetable oil, not olive oil, in a sprayer and it's ready! Unfortunately, the bucket is a big hassle, so much that I'm sad it doesn't clean... The black marks don't go away from the top no matter what. Cleaning products, metal sponge, steam cleaner... Nothing... It's as if she painted herself. That's why I stopped cleaning it every time. Okay, the philosophy is to cook quickly, enjoy the process, and not become a slave to the grill, but I like it so much that I want it to be cute.
Oh! The cast iron plate is worth having for burgers, fish (salmon), vegetables, shrimp, etc., but it also requires good seasoning. Before the first use, you need to go through a process: heat and oil it twice before the 1st use at a high temperature, about 300°C. And on both sides. They say that this applies to cast iron and the grates or the Napoleon plate is coated with porcelain. However, nothing sticks to the ribbed side that I tried, while it sticks to the flat side that I forgot.

The pros that made me buy it after a lot of market research are: 1. You can grill with the bottle inside [space on the balcony] 2. Side burner 3. Rear burner for the grill 4. Good sealing of the lid to prevent heat loss - it becomes an oven. 5. The side panels fall off very easily and greatly reduce the storage volume on the balcony. 6. Solid construction with quality materials. The only downside I encountered was the assembly instructions, which are unclear or incorrect in 2-3 points. If there is the financial possibility, it is a goal from the locker room...
