Excellent product!! I have been using it since last year when my doctor recommended it to me. I have no pain or swollen legs, even during the summer when the problem was more intense. I highly recommend it without hesitation!!

I already take Lamberts' horse chestnut, which has helped me a lot. During a hemorrhoid crisis with bleeding for a week, I also took diosmex. After about a week or so, the bleeding has stopped and it is in a much better condition.
I have also tried Himalaya's Pilex pill, but I didn't notice any difference.
What affects it a lot is stress, while mild exercise like walking helps.

My legs have relaxed from the feeling of weight and fatigue. It is written to be taken once a day, but if the pain returns and I don't think I will be able to sleep, I take another tablet.
