Neutral: Very soft, possibly the softest in their categoryA nice, lightweight, and soft shoe that is ideal for daily training. I used them for a period of 6 months from September to March, covering approximately 500+ kilometers (my weight is 83kg). They were comfortable in both cold and hot weather, and my feet remained dry even during light rain runs. The characteristic of these shoes is their soft cushioning, which feels like stepping on small clouds. I enjoyed wearing these shoes and overall, I have no complaints except for the wear and tear they showed on the inner padding at the back of the foot. I believe this wear and tear occurred prematurely, and if it weren't for this issue, they could easily have lasted for more kilometers. I consider their fit to be normal. My usual size is 42.5, and the 42 2/3 was perfect for this shoe.
Although, as I mentioned, I am satisfied, I don't think I would purchase them again because the cushioning is too soft for my running style. Wearing the Nike Pegasus 39 after the Hoka shoes reminded me of the importance of having ground contact.

Did you find this review helpful?Very good shoe, ideal for long and easy runs, provides enough protection and cushioning. Ideal for those who prioritize comfort and safety rather than speed. Up to 800 km they were satisfactory. Maybe the 5mm drop tires some people, but it is not necessary. It was used for marathon preparation and participation (pace 5:40) where it performed well. In interval training (pace 4:00-4:30) and half marathon (pace <5:20) you felt that it didn't give you the extra you would like. It was replaced with the Brooks Hyperion Tempo for faster/racing purposes and the Saucony Triumph 20 or Brooks Glycerin 20 for a more comfortable option.

I use it for fast walking and I am very satisfied with the sole, which absorbs shocks and does not strain the knees (a big deal for me as I am 2 meters tall). Pay attention to the size you choose, I wear 49+1/2 in Nike and the Hoka fit me in 50+2/3. After 1 month of use, one hour per day, they hurt my heel!!

Είναι το 12 παπούτσι της Hoka που παίρνω, εκτός από τα Bondi που έχω πάρει 3 ζευγάρια όλα τα άλλα τα έχω πάρει από περιέργεια γαι να δω πως είναι δυνατόν μια εταιρεία να βγάζει τόσα διαφορετικά παπούτσια τόσο για τον δρόμο όσο και για εκτός δρόμου μοντέλα και να είναι τόσο εκπληκτικά. Μπορεί άλλοι να μην είναι ικανοποιημένοι αλλά εγώ μετά από ένα ατύχημα που είχα είναι τα μόνα παπούτσια που τα φοράω χωρίς τους ειδικούς πάτους που είμαι υποχρεωμένος να τους φοράω για να μην έχω ενοχλήσεις στην πατούσα και συγκεκριμένα στο μετάρσιο και τα δάχτυλα. Η συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία απλά τα σπάει αν και σχετικά νέα στην αγορά γράφει καθημερινά την δική της ιστορία στον χώρο του τρεξίματος.
