  • Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Nutritional Value & Ingredients

3 vegetable capsules provide on average:

  • Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl) 15 mg
  • Magnesium (elemental) (from Magnesium Aspartate and Magnesium Oxide) 450 mg
  • Zinc (elemental) (from Zinc Mono-L-methionine, Zinc Aspartate and Zinc Oxide) 30 mg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flour and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).

    Excellent product for recovery after intense exercise with resistance (weights). It works very well for me and helps a lot with grip and cramps. We take up to 3 capsules daily preferably before bedtime. It also works slightly as a relaxant as it contains magnesium.
