Very good product. I have been using it for 3 months and it has really helped me a lot. I suffer from occasional mild depression. As long as I take the product, I have not experienced any symptoms even though serious issues occur. As long as I see that it helps me, I will continue to take it.
Personally, it made my anxiety and depression worse. A few weeks after I started taking them, I began to have suicidal tendencies and severe depression. As soon as I stopped taking it, they went away.
It makes you more resistant to the difficulties of life. It's not a herb that will give you joy, but it gives you enough strength. I have been taking the supplement from this specific company for about a year now, with some breaks, and I can confidently say that it has helped me a lot in reducing anxiety, stress, worry, and mild depression. After stopping the treatment (11 months) with antidepressants for generalized anxiety disorder and depression, the supplement was the best thing for me to keep me in check. Although I do not recommend it for long-term use (and personally, I plan to stop it) because it has side effects that I will mention below. I see results after 2-3 weeks of use. Initially, I took two per day for two weeks. Then, I took one regularly. Although the recommended dosage is one per day, I did it to make it work faster. It also works well in combination with Rhodiola Rosea and a multivitamin with antioxidants, digestive enzymes, and amino acids to support the body. The dynamic of Rhodiola Rosea does not last long; it is for the beginning of the treatment. For serious depression and anxiety, I recommend visiting a psychiatrist or psychologist; they will decide if medication is needed, as well as psychotherapy, of course. Be careful never to combine it with antidepressants because they have similar effects and can cause serious side effects. There are also negatives to it, though. Its use causes sensitivity to light and skin, even damage to the eyes. It sounds concerning, and searching forums with users from around the world, they mention having problems. Personally, I have noticed sensitivity to light. Alternatives to the supplement are 5HTP and SAme. I plan to try them.
