Basically, I wasted my money. I bought it for my elderly cat who currently eats with a syringe due to health problems she is facing. I use Hills' a/d urgent care, which my cat likes, and I am quite satisfied so far. Whether I mix it plain or with tap water or even better lukewarm water, it becomes a mousse-like texture and I can easily feed my cat. However, this is not the case with I/d under any circumstances. Its texture, whether dissolved or not, is not suitable for a syringe. Also, my cat did not seem to like it taste-wise. The meat does not smell pleasant at all, its color looks altered, and it sticks to the syringe and clogs it. As a result, I ruined two syringes, made a mess, and made it difficult for my cat. In order not to throw the can in the trash, I left it for some stray cats in the garden and they ate it. Especially one cat is an omnivore. Overall, though, I believe it needs improvement in terms of texture and smell. As for efficiency, I do not know because with all the aforementioned difficulties, I managed to give my cat only 10ml.

A 2-month-old kitten had diarrhea and I was giving it this canned food. It would eat it, but then it didn't want it anymore and it seemed like it got sick again. I gave it to our older cat and she didn't like it at all. Then I got the ID pouch and it was saved. The kitten started eating with appetite and gradually I switched to dry food because it liked it more.

I have tried this food on three different cats that had diarrhea, after a recommendation from the vet. None of the three cats liked it taste-wise, resulting in them not wanting to eat it, and they had to be hungry to the point where it became torture for them to eat it. Apart from this issue, it did not have any effect on the diarrhea problem, which is supposed to be its purpose after three days. Literally no change in any of the three cats, which were all different cases. On the contrary, the solution was given by dry food specifically for diarrhea, which they ate with appetite and had results by the second day. I do not consider this company bad, on the contrary, I consider it one of the best in my mind, but they have not done something right with this specific product. If your cat has diarrhea, start immediately with dry food for diarrhea and do not waste time with this food.
