Benefits

According to the official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA):

  • DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels (daily intake of 2 g DHA combined with eicosapentaenoic acid EPA), normal blood pressure (daily intake of 3 g DHA combined with eicosapentaenoic acid EPA), and normal heart function.
  • DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision (daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA).

Recommended Dosage

Take 2 soft capsules twice a day with food.

Nutritional Value & Ingredients

2 soft capsules provide on average:

  • Total Fat 2 g 
  • Saturated Fat 0.5 g 
  • Polyunsaturated Fat 1 g
  • Monounsaturated Fat 0.5 g
  • Fish Oil Concentrate 2 g (2,000 mg) 
  • Omega-3 Fatty Acids:
  • Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 360 mg 
  • Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 240 mg

Other ingredients: Softgel Capsule [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water] and d-alpha Tocopherol. Contains fish (anchovies, sardines, tuna). d-alpha Tocopherol from non-GMO soy.

  • Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, or shellfish ingredients. Produced in GMP facilities that process other ingredients containing these allergens.

    Very economical for the quantity you get per pill but also quite a few pills. Essentially 9 cents per pill. Of course, the dosage is 2 pills, 2 times a day; I take 1 pill 2 times a day and that's because I don't lack anything, I take it preventively.

    Just a heads up, the pills are huge; I have no problem swallowing them with water, but some people struggle even with smaller pills, this is a behemoth.
