After 1 month, there is an improvement in the body, fatigue and exhaustion have significantly decreased, and now the hours of sleep are sufficient compared to before. It is good, like all vitamins, not to exceed two months of continuous use.
The product didn't offer me anything. It's not even vitamins. It's a placebo so-called energy shot. Something similar to drinking energy drinks. Monster, Red Bull, and such. And something I noticed on the days I was drinking it was that I had pain in my knees as if my knees were being cut off from the middle down, while on the days I didn't drink it, I had no such pain. I don't think it was in my head because I noticed it over a considerable period of time. I obviously won't choose them again!

I took the vitamin for a few days (about 6-7) and I noticed that it affected my stomach (feeling of burning and intense hunger). It is a decent product, but a bit pricey. I have been using it for two years as an athlete mainly for preventive purposes. For those expecting to feel like Superman with the first bottle, forget it. It takes a couple of months to feel the results and always with proper nutrition. If you only live on cheese pies and hamburgers, not even with tuna or steroids will you see a difference. Although, I do have an alternative to suggest for those looking for energy... a combination of maca and Suma root in the same smoothie, if you can handle their taste. Give it a try for a month and you will remember me.
For exams (nationwide), it doesn't help that much and overall I didn't see any significant difference from not taking it at all.... Whoever wants high performance in nationwide exams, vitamin C is the best thing for fatigue. I doubted it at first and regretted it!

Second day I'm using it. I am a type 2 diabetic and I have a particularly demanding job (stress, etc.). So exhaustion appears from time to time.
