The current state of justice requires the development and implementation of public policies that respond to the needs of a modern society and a democratic state, which prioritize the transparent functioning of institutions and the "accountability" of public officials who serve the institutions for their actions. Courts play a central role in democracy, and trials are part of the organization and functioning of the democratic system. The administration of justice relies on officials who have a long career in the judiciary, and the "accountability" for their work, at regular intervals, guarantees the proper functioning of the democratic system. 

Ultimately, the study seeks to highlight the importance of accountability for individuals entrusted with exercising a state function in order to address one of the most serious problems of modern democracy, which is the lack of real control over the work and actions of state officials. State function is the highest honor for individuals who undertake it and entails exercising state power and at the same time taking responsibility both for society and for the state. Thus, when judicial officials constantly invoke independence in the exercise of their duties and at the same time, in various ways, cancel accountability for the work they produce, they effectively refuse to apply the fundamental principle of the liberal-democratic system, which lies in the control of all state institutions through institutionalized procedures.
