The whole process is a fail even for adults. I switched to Lysi cod liver oil and thankfully they drink it
I do not consider it a very child-friendly product, it has a quite sour taste and the child has to break the capsule in their mouth and then spit it out. Additionally, the packaging is unreasonably large
