We humans are not logical machines, we are selfish, proud, impulsive, insecure beings, filled with needs. Our disagreements, whether significant or insignificant, have to do with the underlying emotion of one towards the other. Behind every disagreement hides an unspoken dialogue about how we feel about each other. If we do not delve into this relationship first, then our conversation remains sterile and cannot achieve any communication.
