This book is a comprehensive aid for candidates participating in the nationwide written recruitment competition of ASEP. It includes the necessary knowledge in a concise and understandable manner, enabling candidates to successfully tackle the exercises and problems of the competition.

The First Part focuses on language skills. It consists of 15 chapters with the necessary theory (Spelling, Synonyms-antonyms, Homophones-homonyms, Etymology, Word syntax, Phonology, Ancient Greek and Latin expressions in everyday speech, etc.) and multiple-choice questions.

The Second Part focuses on numerical skills. It comprises 5 chapters, containing all the theoretical elements and techniques required for candidates to solve numerical problems (Practical arithmetic and percentages, Algebra, Geometry, Special areas of mathematics: Set Theory, Combinatorics, Probability Theory, Statistics) and multiple-choice exercises.

The Third Part deals with human resource skills in the public sector. It is divided into 5 chapters, which include the necessary related theoretical and practical knowledge (Skills and competencies in modern organization, Forms of leadership, Forms of motivation, Communication, Organization and coordination, Change Management) and multiple-choice questions.

All questions are simulation exercises, similar to those that candidates will be required to answer.
