In the work "Compulsory Collection of Public Revenues according to KEDe", the process of collecting public revenues according to KEDe and the emerging certification issues that may affect the execution process are examined. First of all, the creation of a legal title, the various stages of compulsory execution against debtors of the State and other public legal entities, and the legal defense possibilities of the debtors are described. The fourth edition of the work has been updated with recent case law and legislative changes. 

It also includes an Appendix of Case Law, which includes important judicial decisions on KEDe issues, and an Appendix of Legislation with Law 356/1974, codified as it is in force today, and the basic provisions of Law 4270/2014 "Principles of Public Financial Management and Supervision" concerning the prescription of public debts.
